-Do not massage or apply significant pressure to the areas that have been injected for the next several days (e.g. it is highly recommended to sleep on your back for the next several days after treatment).
- Avoid touching, itching or rubbing the treated area for about 4-6 hours after treatment.
- Avoid any physical or strenuous exercise for a minimum of 24 hours after treatment.
- Avoid and limit any excessive sun or heat exposure (e.g. saunas, steam rooms, extremely hot showers).
- Avoid any facial treatments (e.g. facials, facial massages, laser therapy, chemical peels, etc.) for 2 weeks after treatment.
- It is highly recommended to refrain from wearing makeup for the next 24 hours after treatment
