- Avoid any physical or strenuous exercise for a minimum of 24 hours after treatment
- Avoid and limit any excessive sun or heat exposure (e.g. saunas, steam rooms, extremely hot showers)
- Avoid any facial treatments (e.g. facials, facial massages, laser therapy, chemical peels, etc.) for 2 weeks after treatment
- It is highly recommended to refrain from wearing makeup for the next 24 hours after treatment
- Ensure you do not have any upcoming dental work (including cleanings) or vaccinations scheduled for the next 2 weeks after treatment
- If you experience bruising, you may take an over-the-counter medication, Arnica, to help speed up the healing process
